Probiotics, A Good Bacteria

A probiotic, sometimes known as nice or friendly bacteria, is a microorganism necessary for a healthy & balanced intestinal tract. There's types of bacteria present in the intestinal tract, nice & harmful bacteria. Nice bacteria, or probiotics, make sure nice health as they are absolutely vital to help:

1. Produce natural antibiotics, which can fight harmful bacteria.
2. Regulate & increase hormone levels.
3. Manufacture B group vitamins, biotin & folic acid.
4. Stimulate the immune technique.
5. Reduce food intolerance.
6. Increase energy levels.
7. Inhibit the growth of some yeast.
8. Absorb nutrients, antioxidants & iron from food that is eaten.
9. Reduce inflammation.
10. Increase digestibility of food.

Other culprits of nice bacteria include chemical fertilizers, pesticides, & soil sterilizers in agriculture which destroy the soil ecosystem & the natural flow of bacteria present in the food chain. These chemicals, as well as chemicals in the water supply, reduce the nice bacteria in the gut. This enables harmful bacteria to multiply & produce huge amounts of poisons & carcinogenic agents.
